FAQ 3:
How do I order pens from Pen City?
You can either email us or simply give us a call in our Singapore or Malaysia Office. Our sales officers will be able to assist you to yoru enquiry!
 
FAQ 4:
How should I send my logos?
Send an email with your logo attachemtn to production@pencity.com.my. We prefer vector format file like Adobe Illustrator (.AI), Freehand (.FH) or Coral Draw (.CDR). For any other format, we are able to re-work it for you too.
 
FAQ 5:
Do you charge extra to imprint my company information?
When we quoted you the price, it usually included one color printing cost unless otherwise stated.
 
FAQ 6:
How much information can I have printed on the pens?
For printing on any area of the pen, we do not advise to go for anything more than 3 lines of text, as the more information you compact in, the smaller the wording is going to be and become unreadable. We would strongly suggest just a logo and a tagline is good.
 
FAQ 7:
How many color can I print on my pens?
We do one or two color printing in-house. For 3 or 4 color, we will recommend out-source printer to do the job at their price.
 
FAQ 8:
What colors can I have for imprinting the pens I order?
We carry all standard color ink for printing. We can also print any Pantone color, PMS color upon request with a charge of RM35.
 
FAQ 9:
Must I order pens all of one color, or can I place an order for assorted colors?
We accept order with any color assortment or single color base on our stock availability. Kindly take note that sometime assortment color are of different quantity depending on our available stock as well.
 
FAQ 10:
Can I examine an artwork/imprint proof before committing to full production?
For order below 5,000 pieces, we are able to provide pen proof at RM20. For order above 5,000 pieces, pen proof are provide F.O.C.
 
FAQ 11:
I would like to see some samples of your product before I place an order, Can I do this?
You can purchase sample from our showroom or you could email us to order the pen sample inexpensively at RM0.80 per piece.

FAQ 13:
I have a question/concern and I cannot call the office, who should I email?

FAQ 14:
What do I do if I email one of your staff and I get no reply?
We have practice to reply all our email within 4 hours during our office hour but are something unable to due to heavy orders from customer. If you have any doubts, you can call us or try to get your answer from our FAQ(Frequently Asked Question).
 
FAQ 15:
What do I do if I called and no one answers?
Our business hours are 9am – 6pm, Monday – Friday and 9- 12 pm, Saturday. If you call within office hour and there is no one answering, give another few try, as we might be attending to something and probably will go off the line any second to take your call.

How long does it take for normal production?
Our normal production time takes about 7-10 days excluding overnight shipping
 
FAQ 17:
I need my pens for an upcoming event. Do you have express service?
We do have express servies available for your urgent requirements. For an extra of RM80, we can rush your order of up to 500 pens. And at RM0.10 for orders over 1000 pens. Please tell us the date of the event when you order. For further details, please read the Terms and Conditions.
 
FAQ 18:
How do I confirm the order?
Upon received your order, you can fax us a copy of your purchase order with your company letterhead or we will issue a ORDER CONFIRMATION FORM for you to endorse with signature and company stamp.
 
FAQ 19:
Where is my invoice/receipt?
A copy of the receipt is emailed directly to the address provided as soon as the order process has completed. If you need a copy of the receipt emailed to you, please contact us at accounts@pencity.com.my and we will forward a copy.

What payment terms do you provide?
Strictly C.O.D (Cash On Delivery)

What payment type will you accept?
We only accept cash from new customer for the first order, subsequent order can be paid by cheque. AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED/SHIPPED
 
FAQ 22:
What do I do if something is missing from my order?
We strap pack all our carton box so if you notice that the carton are not strap and something is missing, kindly inform us so that we can do a investigation. After an investigation into the missing item, the customer will be notified of the resolution.
 
FAQ 23:
What if I received something I didn't order?
If you have received another item instead of one you purchased, please contact our customer service dept at sales@pencity.com.my and explain the situation. After an investigation into the order, the customer will be notified of the resolution. Most likely what will happen is that the parts will be picked up and then the correct ones re-shipped.
 
FAQ 24:
If I receive pens that were printed wrong or are the wrong color, can I send them back?
Pen City is responsible for printing and shipping exactly what you order. If we make a mistake during the printing process, we will rush your correct order and ship you corrected pens within 24 hours(excluding shipping time). For further details, please read the Terms and Conditions
 
FAQ 25:
How does your shipping/processing work?
We use KTM for all our shipping needs to singapore. What happens is once an order is placed and confirmed, we will see the order on our system. If there are no billing/shipping discrepancies, the order is sent to the production deptarment to be printed. Once printed, the package is weighed and labeled and is then ready to be picked up by KTM. Then once the final pickup is made, you can pickup your order from our office the next day.
 
FAQ 26:
What if i don't like your existing stock?
We can always import in your favourite pen for a minimum order of 10,000 pieces. You can make a selection from our Pen Library for a wide variety of choices. Lead time will take 35 days - 45 days.
